Our Project Vis A Vis: what a beautiful view

The transformation of the house is becoming increasingly clear: from the former commercial building a beautiful residential house has emerged, which has adapted in design to the surrounding houses and the typical appearance of the Potsdam houses. The scaffolding is gone and the view of the newly built balconies and the freshly painted façade, the color of which is reminiscent of Latte Macchiato. The interior development is also taking off and new individual habitats are created in cooperation with the individual owners. A new owner is still needed by the community: the loft-like roof apartment is still for sale. Parallel to the interior construction, the outdoor facilities will be completed, which will complete the new Potsdam view.
