The flat is located in the idyllic, green Hermsdorf in the northwest of Berlin. The district has a total of more than 260,000 inhabitants, but they have plenty of space here: there are just under 3,000 inhabitants per square kilometre. There is a good reason for this, because one third of the area consists of forests, meadows, parks and lakes.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment building is the Waldsee lake, the lido at the Ziegeleisee lake, the Eichwerder Moorwiesen meadows and the landscape conservation area with an adventure moor path.
Despite the idyllic location, you have excellent transport connections. The S1 via Hermsdorf station connects Hermsdorf with the centre of Berlin, as does the Bundesstraße 96, which runs north-south at the western end of the district and connects to the A111 via the Waidmannsluster Damm junction.
