Beuthstraße 28, 13156 Berlin – Pankow | Niederschönhausen
The well-maintained old building was built around 1900, when Niederschönhausen was still a municipality on the outskirts of Berlin. The beautiful entrance area has stucco-decorated walls and leads to the individual apartments via stairs with historic wooden railings.
The property has four floors, on which a total of nine residential units are distributed. Above the basement with tenant cellars and two spacious storage rooms is the mezzanine, above it two upper floors and the attic, which was converted into living space in 1997. All apartments from the second floor onwards have at least one balcony, some with a sunny, southern or southeastern orientation. A special feature on the top floor are the terraces, which are somewhat larger than the balconies of the apartments below.
All residential units were core renovated at the end of the 1990s and predominantly equipped with modern plastic windows. The small courtyard at the rear of the building, with its sandbox and barbecue area, invites residents of Beuthstraße 28 to socialize.
Thus, the property combines traditional Berlin old building charm with a quiet living feeling.

The district of Pankow is somewhat quieter and greener in the northern direction than its more urban southern district of Prenzlauer Berg. Here, in the residential district of Niederschönhausen, is the quiet and at the same time conveniently located property.
For families and all other residents the unexciting surrounding residential area offers ideal conditions: Schools, kindergartens, supermarkets and local recreation areas such as parks and playgrounds are within walking distance.
In addition, there are many opportunities for leisure activities and recreation in the greenery with the Botanical People's Park Blankenfelde-Pankow, which is not far away, and the Pankow Castle Park, which is only 1.5 km away. A hiking trail runs along the nearby Panke River, leading both to the city center and to the surrounding Brandenburg countryside.
The way to downtown Berlin is relatively short from the bus stop, which is only 100 m away, via the S-Bahn station Pankow or Blankenburg. The diverse gastronomic and cultural offerings in Prenzlauer Berg are also easily accessible. By car, the federal highway 96a also offers a quick transport connection to the city.
