Built in 1960, the building has first floor and five upper floors, all of which are connected to the elevator, which stops directly on the floor. The well-kept buildings convey a tranquil residential character in the immediate vicinity of the Güntzel-Kiez, the Preußenpark and the Volkspark Wilmersdorf. Numerous shopping facilities for daily needs, as well as restaurants and well-known hotspots of Berlin's West are within easy reach from here. Kurfürstendamm, Tauentzienstraße and Olivaer Platz, for example, can be easily reached from here by public transport or even on foot in 20 minutes.
