In tune with the times on Brunnenstrasse: investment in a popular central location

Built in 1910, the building consists of a front building, a side wing and a rear building with a total of 30 residential and 2 commercial units spread over the first floor, three upper floors and an attic that has already been converted. The building has a full basement and a communal terrace on the roof of the side wing. It was completely renovated between 1999 and 2001 with funding from the Investitionsbank Berlin. A corresponding subsidy agreement with a rental commitment was in place until 2021. Heating and hot water are provided by a gas-fired central heating system.
