Sanierter Altbautraum in der Rykastraße
Rykestraße 16, 10405 Berlin – Prenzlauer Berg
The building ensemble of Rykestraße 16 consists of a historic front house with side wing from 1910, as well as a rear house, which was built as a new building in the course of the renovation of the building stock in 2012.
The front building has a representative stucco facade with ashlar plaster and a spacious house entrance. In the course of the core renovation, stucco details and historic doors were lovingly refurbished and the representative facade was extensively renovated. Since 2012, the building has shone in a simple but appealing gray and thus in timeless elegance. The apartments have balconies and a connection to an elevator. Apartments have been created on the top floor.
In the course of the renewal of the entire building services, a gas central heating system was installed. The attractive inner courtyard underlines the high-quality character of the building with charming greenery.
Rykestraße is one of the most beautiful residential streets in Prenzlauer Berg. Here in the middle of the Kollwitz-Kiez, wide sidewalks invite you to stroll. Gastronomic variety and numerous shopping possibilities from design to daily needs provide a well-tempered ambience in an urban environment, whose value is underlined by the graceful old building facades and the extensive greenery of the beautiful streets.
Singles, couples and families live here in an absolutely perfect residential location with appealing flair between Wasserturm, Kollwitzplatz and Prenzlauer Allee. The metamorphosis from a former redevelopment area to an urban showcase district with high residential quality has been absolutely successful here.
